There is a proverb that "falcon children do not learn to fly"

 At the age where the rest of the birds' children learn to walk, a female eagle flies to a very high altitude by holding her young baby in the toes.  There is no such rigorous training in birds.

 The female eagle holds her little baby in her toes at about 12 km altitude. At this altitude, the aircraft often flies, and the female eagle takes 7-9 minutes to set this distance.

 It starts with the tricky test of that little kid.  Tell her what you were born for?  What is your world  What is your height  Your religion is very high and then the female eagle drops him off the paw.  Up until about 2 kilometers down the earth, the little boy has no idea what is happening to him.  Once within 7 km, the wings of the little baby that are clinging to the caseine begin to open.

 About 9 km down, her wings are fully opened.  This is the first time in life that an eagle's baby coughs.

 At present it is about 3000 meters away from the earth, but it has not learned to fly.  Now it comes very close to the Earth.  Now his distance from the earth is only 700--800 meters, but his wings are not strong enough to fly.

 At a distance of about 400-500 meters from the earth, he feels that my end is near.  Then suddenly a Punjabi comes in and grabs it and takes a break between his wings.  This Punjab belongs to his mother and his training goes on and on until he learns to fly.

 This training is like a commando then the world gets a buzz.  It takes 10 times the weight of its own.

 Of course, stick to your children, but let them face the world's problems.  Teach them how to connect

 ਜਿਸ ਉਮਰ ਵਿਚ ਬਾਕੀ ਪੰਛੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਚਹਿਕਣਾ ਸਿੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਸ ਉਮਰ ਵਿਚ ਇੱਕ ਮਾਦਾ ਬਾਜ਼ ਅਪਣੇ ਨੰਨੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਫੜ ਕੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਉਚਾਈ ਤੇ ਉਡੱ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਛੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ।

 ਮਾਦਾ ਬਾਜ਼ ਅਪਣੇ ਨੰਨੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਣੇ ਪੰਜਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਜਕੜ ਕੇ ਲਗਭੱਗ 12 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਉਚਾਈ ਤੇ ਲੈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।ਇੰਨੀ ਉਚਾਈ ਤੇ ਅਕਸਰ ਜਹਾਜ਼ ਉਡਿਆ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਦੂਰੀ ਤਹਿ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਦਾ ਬਾਜ਼ 7 --9 ਮਿੰਟ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ।

 ਇਥੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਨੰਨ੍ਹੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਕਠਿਨ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ । ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਗਾ ਕੇ ਤੂੰ ਕਿਸ ਲਈ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ? ਤੇਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਕੀ ਹੈ ? ਤੇਰੀ ਉਚਾਈ ਕੀ ਹੈ ? ਤੇਰਾ ਧਰਮ ਬਹੁਤ ਉੱਚਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਮਾਦਾ ਬਾਜ਼ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਿਆਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਪਰ ਤੋਂ ਥੱਲੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਵੱਲ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਗਭੱਗ 2 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਤੱਕ ਉਸ ਨੰਨ੍ਹੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਸਮਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੀ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। 7 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਆ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਨੰਨ੍ਹੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੇ ਖੰਭ ਜੋ ਕਜਾਇਨ ਨਾਲ ਚਿਪਕੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਖੁੱਲਣ ਲਗਦੇ ਹਨ ।

 ਲਗਭੱਗ 9 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਆਉਣ ਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਖੰਭ ਪੂਰੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਇਹ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਬਾਜ਼ ਦਾ ਬੱਚਾ ਖੰਭ ਫੜ ਫੜਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

 ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਇਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ  3000 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੂਰ ਹੈ ਪਰੰਤੂ ਇਹ ਉੱਡਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ । ਹੁਣ ਇਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਨੇੜੇ ਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਉਸਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰੀ ਸਿਰਫ  700--800 ਮੀਟਰ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਪਰੰਤੂ ਉਸਦੇ ਖੰਭ ਇਨੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਏ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਉੱਡ ਸਕੇ।

 ਧਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ  400_500 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੂਰੀ ਤੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਮੇਰਾ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਸਮਾਂ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਫਿਰ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਇੱਕ ਪੰਜਾ ਆ ਕੇ ਅਪਣੀ ਪਕੜ ਵਿਚ ਲੈ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੰਭਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਸਮੋਂ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪੰਜਾ ਉਸਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਉਸਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਚਲਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਇਹ ਉੱਡਣਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈਂਦਾ।

 ਇਹ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਇੱਕ ਕਮਾਂਡੋ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਫਿਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਬਾਜ਼ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਅਪਣੇ ਤੋਂ  10 ਗੁਣਾ ਭਾਰੇ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।

 ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਅਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਚਿਪਕਾ ਕੇ ਰੱਖੋ,ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਿਓ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੂਝਣਾ ਸਿਖਾਓ

 ਗਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਪੌਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਜੰਗਲ ਦੇ ਪੌਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਫਰਕ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
